Quality control and grading: Products are tested upon arrival at the factory by Mustafavi’s equipped quality control laboratories. A variety of tests are performed based on defined standards for grading and other characteristics such as color (crocin), aroma (safranal) and taste (picrocrocin) until the product reaches the customer.
